·         Partner with Garvey Schubert Barer for over 20 years; practice included: enterprise formation and governance, private equity placements, mergers and acquisitions, tax-exempt and other debt financings, joint ventures, and other commercial relationships and transactions; member of the firm’s litigation group beginning in 1982 before shifting to an advisory and transactional practice (in 1988), providing both litigation and business perspectives on clients' challenges and opportunities.
